Used OpenAI's GPT API to extract boroughs, neighbourhoods, addresses and landmarks from four years of coverage, validated against Google Maps and NYC's Neighborhood Tabulation Areas with stratified random sampling. The map surfaced under-covered areas (e.g. Staten Island after its borough reporter left), informing resource discussions; readers in Jamaica (Queens) and Inwood responded warmly.
