TVB's news app 'TVB 新聞+' added an 'AI摘要' (AI summary) feature that uses AI to distil the key points of news stories so users can grasp an event in seconds. Separately, TVB's streaming platform myTV SUPER aired what it billed as Hong Kong TV's first '100%' AI-generated short drama series (Aug. 2025).

2025HK01 (香港01)

HK01 used AI-generated (cloned) synthetic voices for voiceovers in its videos and advertisements. The synthetic voices closely resembled the voices of TVB news anchors; after TVB queried the matter, HK01 said all production was handled on professional principles with no infringement.
